The house is lovely and has off road parking and a beautiful private garden. We loved the conservatory and games room, the well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. There is a small supermarket and fish and chip shop across the road and the shops in Malton are only a short walk away.

Weather was good while we were there so we were able to sit in the garden which was very nice.
