Amazing property, bigger than the pictures suggest once you arrive.

Everything in the pictures was available plus more.
Shower gel, towels, toilet paper pots, pans, plates, variety of cutlery and utensils, 5 hob burner, built in oven, grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There was also tea, coffee, cerals, condiments, seasonings crisps, bottled water and a few other food items in the freezer we were told graciously that were available to us to use. Washing machine available downstairs plus all cleaning products were available too.
Kids loved the garden space plus found a cool bubble machine in the kitchen.
Down stairs toilet, middle level full bathroom and upper on-suite with walk in shower. Clean and ready to use.
5 adults can sleep comfortably in this home but 2 more could happily sleep on the sofa if necessary.
Drive fit 2 large cars. Beds were clean and comfortable. Great WiFi, always stayed connected.
Host was helpful and showed us around the house plus checking out was easy, was able to leave the keys in property.
All high street shops are under 5 mins drive away including Lidil, Card Factory, Cake Box, Boots, Pub, Wenzles, Currency Exchange, Nail Shop, Barbers, Screwfix, Vape Shop, Café Nero, WH Smith, Subway plus a petrol station a few mins walk at the corner of the road from house.
I will definitely be staying again and recommending to family and friends.

A very comfortable room with a door out to the grounds (somewhat marred by workment making quite a noise!). Bathroom was well equipped, the shower was powerful and hot. No plug in the sink which was a surprise. Staff really helpful. The breakfast buffet had fresh watermelon, pineapple and blueberries, a range of yoghurts and a few small pastries. The a la carte had a full range of cooked breakfasts, but see below.

It is many years since I worked in London and lived not far from Northwood. I used the High Street just for the night I was there for an evening meal. These days there is plenty of choice, the usual Italian, Indian, pizza and Chinese but others such as Argentinian and Pacific rim-fusion make an appearance. Going by my tried and tested method of a walk-by of all the options and pick the busiest, I ended up at the chinese, The Tai Pan, and very good it was! Always trust the locals...
Lovely house, within walking distance of Northwood tube station.
Jessica was attentive and a lovely host. Despite there being no drink making facilities in the room we were able to use the kitchen facilities whenever we needed to. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight trip to London.
My daughter left her sunglasses behind and Jessica messaged us straight away to let us know. We were already travelling home so she even arranged to post them to us next day at no extra cost. Fantastic service!
This Place is amazing. I stay in hotels/houses every week for work all over the country. This is one of the best I have stayed in. Lovely rooms with stunning views. Full use of the gorgeous kitchen. Jessica is amazing, very welcoming, friendly and her breakfast is superb. The owner is also very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place. Looking forward to my next stay.

The location was very good. We were attending an event in London and used the public transport services to go into the city. Both Northwood and Moor Park tube stations are in easy walking distance of the property. Our room was nice, very comfortable with a lovely view of the gardens at the rear. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. The lady who looked after us was lovely and very helpful.
That was amazing! I traveled with my girlfriend and stayed here for one night - great conditions, very polite girl (receptionist/housekeeper), tasty breakfast, silent and beautiful district.
My rating for this hotel 11/10, greatest relation price & quality. I would like to recommend this place - you won’t regret 100%
The room was spacious and the windows opened to keep the room comfortably cool on warm days.

The staff were very friendly. The downstairs bathroom was very convenient, with a walk in shower.
There’s not a lot of accommodation in Northwood and it was great to find this place.
the house keeper was lovely and very friendly. A nice breakfast was cooked for us while we drank our coffee and tea. There are two shared bathrooms which were spotless and not a problem to use. Bedrooms clean and smelt nice. Sky and Netflix provided.

Easily accessed with good parking, very good shower. It’s basically a house inside a granny flat amenities wise, if you’re on the road and need something a bit more complex than a hotel room this will suit you well.
The staff had great communication with me on my way there as I was late to check in and they dealt with Mt anxiety perfectly. They were welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and had good facilities
