It is many years since I worked in London and lived not far from Northwood. I used the High Street just for the night I was there for an evening meal. These days there is plenty of choice, the usual Italian, Indian, pizza and Chinese but others such as Argentinian and Pacific rim-fusion make an appearance. Going by my tried and tested method of a walk-by of all the options and pick the busiest, I ended up at the chinese, The Tai Pan, and very good it was! Always trust the locals...

Jessica was attentive and a lovely host. Despite there being no drink making facilities in the room we were able to use the kitchen facilities whenever we needed to. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight trip to London.
My daughter left her sunglasses behind and Jessica messaged us straight away to let us know. We were already travelling home so she even arranged to post them to us next day at no extra cost. Fantastic service!
This Place is amazing. I stay in hotels/houses every week for work all over the country. This is one of the best I have stayed in. Lovely rooms with stunning views. Full use of the gorgeous kitchen. Jessica is amazing, very welcoming, friendly and her breakfast is superb. The owner is also very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place. Looking forward to my next stay.

That was amazing! I traveled with my girlfriend and stayed here for one night - great conditions, very polite girl (receptionist/housekeeper), tasty breakfast, silent and beautiful district.
My rating for this hotel 11/10, greatest relation price & quality. I would like to recommend this place - you won’t regret 100%
The room was spacious and the windows opened to keep the room comfortably cool on warm days.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff were very friendly. The downstairs bathroom was very convenient, with a walk in shower.
There’s not a lot of accommodation in Northwood and it was great to find this place.
the house keeper was lovely and very friendly. A nice breakfast was cooked for us while we drank our coffee and tea. There are two shared bathrooms which were spotless and not a problem to use. Bedrooms clean and smelt nice. Sky and Netflix provided.

Easily accessed with good parking, very good shower. It’s basically a house inside a granny flat amenities wise, if you’re on the road and need something a bit more complex than a hotel room this will suit you well.
