The food from the lunch menu was lovely, I had pesto chicken on sourdough.

The B&B is a part of what used to be a farm and is a well built stone building with large and well equipped rooms. There is also a sitting room which is very comfortable if you want to spend time there reading or relaxing. There is a separate room for breakfast and it is about a mile away from the A1 so is easy to access and travel to the coast from .There are several pretty coastal towns nearby though a Satnav is handy to find them!!

The photos don't do it justice. I just wanted to stay! It's a cross between a hotel and a home in all the good ways and I looked forward to getting back in the evenings.
