I have to say, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for some time. The young lady that met me when I arrived was friendly, really smiley and couldn't be more helpful.
The room was a good size, and the bedding/duvet was a really good quality. Wifi worked well as well.
The food was a really good standard (I can highly recommend the Croque Monsieur) and I was really please to find that the breakfast matched in it's quality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if ever in the region.

The location. Bluebell barn is in an extremely quiet location away from busy roads and other properties. It was easy to find as the postcode provided when entered into my satnav took me to the front door. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and the bed extremely comfortable. Had a very good nights sleep. Would recommend.

The property is situated next door to a country pub which sells real ales. The food is excellent, especially the fish. There are lots of lovely little lanes around, very pretty and many walks. A small village church, which sadly has to be closed because of Covid 19.
10 minute drive to the nearest large village, Long Stratton and the main Ipswich/Norwich road.
Chickens in the garden which mean fresh eggs for breakfast.
Owner there is you need her but otherwise she just leaves you to relax.
