Beautiful room and spacious bathroom. Lovely lounge for reading. Decent restaurant (with superb zabaglione), but see below. Also v good value - compare this to the terrible Ship Inn at Thornham which was fifty quid a night more. And where they charge you 20 quid for frozen scampi and oven chips!

In a lovely location just a short walk from Blakeney Quay, our room and Bed was very comfortable with a lovely Bathroom, Tea and Coffee making facilities and an extra heater should it be needed

Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Very welcoming. The atmosphere was as you might expect from a very old property. Decor in public rooms was fine and in our bedroom adequate. Our room was adequate in terms of bedroom size, but the shower room/toilet was bijou to say the least! However, one can understand it is difficult to adapt such an old property to meet modern standards.
