A stones throw to the entrance for Wookey Hole and staff were pleasant , parking was easy and very convenient. The pub area downstairs is quite nice .

A very well appointed and comfortable room with ample storage, and I loved that the ensuite had a bath as well as a a shower. There was a good selection of toiletries provided, and real coffee with a cafetiere and fresh milk in the room.
The pub is welcoming and has a good outside space too, and a good varied menu at reasonable prices for food and drink. The breakfast was good, catering for vegan/vegetarian as well as conventional English breakfast and other cooked options, fresh fruit, yoghurt with compote, cereal and preserves, croissants and toast.
