Authentic Dales village, ideal for walkers, with or without dogs, with two great pubs for hospitality and accommodation. A beautiful, picturesque setting, complete with flowing stream running through it. Busy and congested in high season and at weekends due to it's close proximity to Malham Cove. Village quiet in evening. Parking available for pub/inn clients and guests but can be challenging for day visitors when busy.

Enjoyed the pubs, shop, and tea room; plus the local walks. Unfortunately like much of England currently the walks suffered from the amount of litter particularly the amount of dog poo and full dog poo bags discarded in all sorts of places such as dry stone walls

    Malham is absolutely beautiful.

Malham is absolutely beautiful. I can imagine it is really busy during the summer so October was an excellent time to visit. Malham Cove is stunning and a short walk from the village. There are lots of beautiful walks right from the village. We started and ate at The Lister Arms. Highly recommend this pub. The food is fantastic and the staff very welcoming. Loved the bar woth the open log fire after a long days hiking. The fish and chips were top notch. The Moules Marinere delicious. The beds very comfortable and the rooms stylish and cosy.

Malham is a beautiful old village with fantastic walking on the doorstep. The village is extremely picturesque everywhere and Gordale Scar,Janet's Foss and Malham Cove all provide the perfect circular walk from the village that can be done easily in 2/3 hours max and each place is unique and stunning! An absolute gem ! It gets busy obviously but early mornings or late afternoons and dusk are perfect times to see these places .Dusk walking is stunning here catching the late light .Paths are all well maintained and easy to follow with fantastic signage everywhere for those who are new to the area and the landscape is ancient and very interesting.

Excellent B&B in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Zoe & Keith have created a beautiful B&B and we love it. Their attention to detail, exquisite breakfast, and customer service is perfect. The views from our room was gorgeous and to watch the pheasants in the back countryside was beautiful along with the stream out front. They gave us good recommendations on where to go, hikes, restaurants, and general information. This is one of the happiest B&Bs we have ever been to and it felt like home to us for six nights.

Absolutely beautiful stay at Miresfield, the rooms were gorgeous so spacious, comfy and decorated beautifully, loved the touch of some homemade biscuits too. Breakfast was fabulous, loveliest staff to welcome us and take our orders for breakfast. Location of the hotel is perfect, can take a walk to Malham cove or explore the near by villages, free parking at the hotel too. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful location, very friendly staff and comfy rooms.. The hotel is a pretty unique and very cosy - I loved it. Food was excellent - breakfast ticked a lot of boxes but we both found the evening menu very enjoyable - and plenty of choice for vegetarians! Easy walking distance to the village if you want a change of scene, beautiful walks from the door. The snug with a real fire was a bit of a highlight!

Wow - what a find! I was planning to stay in Malham, but was so pleased that I chose the Victoria. I was walking the Pennine Way, so arrived tired and muddy. The staff immediately took control, making sure I was properly fed and looked after. The food and room were exceptional, clearly a lot has been invested in this gorgeous inn. I'll definitely be back.

Nice old building with a superb location in the centre of the beautiful village of Malham. Although we didn't have dogs other guests, and visitors to the bar, did so it's clearly dog friendly. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals at the hotel but also enjoyed eating out at a couple of nearby pubs. Nice and warm throughout the hotel

Stayed overnight on a long distance walk. It's close enough to Malham and the Pennine Way goes right thru it. Perfect location. And the FOOD was WOW. Better than either of the pubs in Malham and the real ale selection was impressive. Breakfast was superb as well. Nothing to complain about here.

A lovely boutique hotel in a lovely location at the bottom of Malham Cove. It would be lovely in summer with the doors open to the garden. We took our dog which was great but not a place if you don’t like dogs. The bedroom was small in the old house so a room in the new block is advisable.
