Everything was great, we couldn’t recommend Highfield more! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, we felt very comfortable here and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The room itself was lovely and we had a great nights sleep both nights we stayed here. Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect, a few minutes walk into Lymington.

Beautiful coastal town with great pubs and restaurants and lots of cafes. Shops in high street a mix of independant and chain. saturday market worth a visit. Perfect base for trips into the New Forest or nearby beaches or visit to the isle of Wight. Very popular with walkers and cyclists. Fishermens Rest pub highly recommended for dinner but book in advance. Yacht Haven restaurant is also lovely and the outside deck a lively location for an afternoon drink. The Ship Inn in the town centre is very well located for a meal and drink in picturesque location

great location with lots to do in the area around. Local restaurants and pubs were generally good both for food and drinks. Really liked The Fishermans Rest (Pub) and Lanes of Lymington (restaurant and really quite good). Everything in walking distance. The town has a great buzz especially during the day. Cornish Pastry - just opened_ was perfect for coffee - really good flavour.

Pretty town with the harbour and lots of different individual shops and restaurants/cafes,
most of which are dog friendly.
It has character with some quaint and beautiful buildings. The estuary has lots of different wildlife to see.
The Bosun's Chair is an excellent location for exploring Lymington and takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre. The room was large, light and clean and all the staff were lovely. Free car parking was a bonus too. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again.
The hotel is a lovely building with lovely grounds and decent facilities. Staff were attentive and the location is excellent - its a very short drive into Lymington and the grounds look out over the water. In particular we liked the children's playground.
This was the perfect place to stay for our short visit to Lymington. Central location and only a couple of minutes walk to the High Street. The room was comfortable and the ‘help yourself’ breakfast was perfect for us.
