An excellent hotel with a lovely walk into Dawlish and easy to get the bus back. The hotel was of excellent standard, beyond expectations. Great staff and a nice evening meal from the bar. Could not fault it.

The room was OK for the price, somewhat tired but everything was clean and worked. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price which was a big bonus and again it was acceptable without any flourishes.

Luton is a small village with an excellent pub-The Elizabethan- that provides food of a very high quality. You need a car and the surrounding roads are narrow but the main resorts are only a few miles away. Very picturesque and peaceful Highly recommended .

We really enjoyed our stay at Scrumpy Barn in Hayes Farm Mews in Luton, Devon. Everything is finished to a very high standard inside the cottage and it was beautifully clean. The owners are very welcoming.
