Immersed within 19 acres of child-friendly woodland on the beautiful Devon coast, this family-run hotel boasts magnificent views over the golden sandy beaches and Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve.

An excellent hotel with a lovely walk into Dawlish and easy to get the bus back. The hotel was of excellent standard, beyond expectations. Great staff and a nice evening meal from the bar. Could not fault it.

    Luton is a small village with an excellent pub-The Elizabethan- that provides food of a very high quality. You need a car and the surrounding roads are narrow but the main resorts are only a few miles away. Very picturesque and peaceful Highly recommended .

    We really enjoyed our stay at Scrumpy Barn in Hayes Farm Mews in Luton, Devon. Everything is finished to a very high standard inside the cottage and it was beautifully clean. The owners are very welcoming.
