The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception desk. Reception is unmanned after 23:00pm. If you are expecting to arrive after 23:00pm, you need to call the hotel prior to 20:00pm to arrange for a late arrival.
Please note there is no lift in the hotel and all rooms are accessed by stairs. Should you have specific access requirements you MUST contact the hotel direct before booking.
NO pets are allowed on the exception of Service Dogs are allowed in Bedrooms (as per law).
