This was an ideal place for a one-night stop while we were walking the coast path. Donna had thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, all carefully tucked into the compact space of a carefully converted garage. It was a short walk up the road to the pub for an evening meal (and they do breakfasts too). The local spar is also handy for picnic supplies.

It's a clean hotel in a beautiful place. We were staying to go to the Minnack Theatre. There were lots of other guests doing the end-to-end on motorbikes but they were all super friendly and lovely people.
The breakfast was good. We had an evening meal which I found to be very limited choice. Basically posh curry, burger or fish and chips type. There were mussels on the specials menu but it was more like a starter without any extras like salad, veg, potatoes.
That said, I enjoyed my food. Good range of desserts but no cheese which I fancied with the lovely bottle of red we had.

Pendeen is a small town, with a surprising number of pubs and restaurants for a place of this size. The Cornish coastal path can be accessed easily, there are some nice walks if you do not want to use your car.
Penzance, Land's End, Land's End Airport and St. Ives are just a short ride away.

Everything about the property was up to a very high standard. The interior looked new. The village is small with a Spar shop. The Fish & Chip shop was closed when I was there. The bus service is very good. Buses leave the village serving St Ives, Penzance, Lands End and others places.
