First of all let me make it clear .The owner of this place didn’t advertised it as a 5 star property.So don’t expect it to be a 5 star .But for its standard,it was a good room I got for £30. Clean and comfy bed .Owner was very helpful even I turned up after check in hours .It’s a good room if you want to crash out for a night or two ,business trip,concert trip,or stop over .Very close to restaurants and shops which opened till late .
Holiday Inn Coventry M6 Jct.2 is a contemporary hotel close to the city centre with multipurpose meeting and event facilities, fitness room and an onsite bar and restaurant.

The Holiday Inn Express Nuneaton Hotel is less than a 5 minutes’ drive of Nuneaton town centre and located just off J3 of the M6 and close to the M69 motorway links.
Merrick Lodge Hotel is set in Coventry, within 21 km of Warwick Castle and 22 km of National Motorcycle Museum.

Our room was ready much earlier than we anticipated which allowed us to drop our bags in the room and go to our event. The receptionist was super friendly and told us a little bit about how the hotel closed and reopened again.
The facilities were basic but very much home from home. We didn't need to use the WIFI but there was the option to use it if we wanted it.
The room looked to have has extensive refurb work done, including a new bathroom and a cute breakfast area with a microwave as well as the standard hotel kettle. Also a fridge and freezer, so long stay guests could essentially bring food and make it also.
The kitchen was being refurbed so no breakfast when we stayed but the vibe was great and staff super friendly. We will stay again on further trips to Coventry

I can only imagine that when this accommodation was first accepted onto the booking.com site that the facility was significantly better than what I experienced. This was without doubt the worst overnight stay anywhere in the country. I have travelled all over the Country indeed the next day I travelled to Dundee. Please avoid this accommodation for your own sanity!
