The location is absolutely stunning! The views from the hotel are also incredible. We had a room overviewing garden and it was also beautiful. The food in the restaurant was 10/10, absolutely loved it. The room was clean, bed had nice comfy mattress, there was everything needed except a hairdryer. The staff members were all very lovely, we felt very welcome!

Communication prior to excellent; great directions how to get there and let me know where the best place would be to watch the England game. There’s no signal at the hut, which was perfect for me. Literally, you, the hut and nature. Inside is everything you could need and more. The whole place was clean and the shower was lovely.

Clean simple decor. Good reasonably priced food. Great coffee. On checking out we were offered complementary coffees to take with us, which was a nice touch.

A small village but with a pub serving food and other excellent pubs are also nearby. Walks are possible from the property and if you are willing to walk the distance to some outstanding locations. Excellent walks over hills and amongst lakes and waterfalls are only a short journey away.
