I loved the way the cottage has been thought about so that it looks beautiful and although it's small it has everything you could possibly need. For example there was fresh coffee in the fridge and a cafetière. I didn't have my dog with me but there was a bed and treats for her if she'd come.
Also a great location, in the heart of a quiet village but parking was easy right opposite and there's a pub, shop that's open late and a great Indian restaurant just down the street.

Very quiet and peaceful valley and very close to Llandollen if you need more attractions. We enjoyed walks and cycling around the valley (very steep hills is a bonus!)

The beds were passable, the shower was lovely with good pressure.
The choice of breakfast was really good. Basically you could ask for whatever you fancied and the chef was very accommodating.

A small village but with a pub serving food and other excellent pubs are also nearby. Walks are possible from the property and if you are willing to walk the distance to some outstanding locations. Excellent walks over hills and amongst lakes and waterfalls are only a short journey away.
