A perfect cosy, clean, quiet, compact studio with all you need for a comfortable stay. Welcoming hosts. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine available. Nice shower. Fluffy towels. Nice bedding. Wardrobe space. A supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milks. TV and wifi available. Fresh flowers were a nice touch. Thanks for the bottled water too. Have already stayed again and have booked in July and September for short stays. Good value for money.

We were on the 5th floor, which gave a great view of the River Tyne from our Room. The hotel is in a good location. the bed was comfortable. We paid £136.80 for one night, this included breakfast. The staff were really pleasant and friendly.
