The reception/manager was really rude and very dismissive and walked out on me. The heating was timed and when I complained I was cold he lectured me that I wasn't cold. The hotel was too open, I just didn't enjoy my stay

Between Bronte Country and the Yorkshire Dales, Leeds is a stately city with a wealth of impressive Georgian and Victorian buildings. The most celebrated is the town hall, a Grade I-listed gem with a huge clock tower supported by columns. Just around the corner is the understated Leeds Cathedral, and between the two is Millennium Square, a large urban space that plays host to outdoor concerts and a German Christmas market.
Shopping in Leeds is fantastic. Kirkgate Market is Europe’s largest covered market, and the magnificent, round Corn Exchange is home to exclusive boutiques. The city also has the first Harvey Nichols outside of London, as well as the usual high street brands.
As home to 2 large universities, Leeds has a young and vibrant vibe. It has repeatedly been voted the clubbing capital of the UK and is home to the Leeds Festival, an annual music event that attracts thousands.
The city also has excellent sporting pedigree. Internationals are held at Headingley cricket ground, and Leeds United FC and the Leeds Rhinos rugby league team are well-known names in their fields.
On the outskirts of the city are wonderful Roundhay Park, Kirkstall Abbey and Leeds-Bradford International Airport. Leeds accommodation on Booking.com covers all areas of this elegant city.

In my opinion, Leeds is one of the three great northern English cities - along with Liverpool & Newcastle. It's always a pleasure to visit! It also has the best pubs, notably The Fenton & The Bridge.

A very clean and safe city with more than expected to offer.
A very clean and safe city with more than expected to offer. We had a large choice of restaurants to go to. I loved my lunch at Mowgli’s, fries from 5Guys, chicken wings from Wing Stop, grilled chicken burger from a Turkish vendor across from The Queens Hotel. I left Leeds filled up and tired because there was so much to see in one day. We walked for about 3 hours non stop. Oh I can’t forget to mention the beauty of John Lewis Mall. The list goes on ….. Leeds is the place to be❤️ It’s easy to walk around the city. No need to rent a car

Leeds Market and Corn Exchange worth a see.
We recomend the Royal Armouries in the Dock Area (free), Leeds Minster Church, Thackery Museum (opposite The Fountain Traditional Pub with nice pint of Amstel) and Anands Indian vegetarian which is a 30 minute walk up to Harehills.

Had a few walks around the city centre but as our stay was due to attending for treatment at a hospital close by we did not have much opportunity to visit around and see the sites but we have rebooked for next summer
I came to see some friends from uni 30yrs ago and went to see a band from America and I found out that they also stayed in this hotel too!! Good staff, whether it's at 4am having a laugh or giving me extra time the next day when leaving after the normal 12pm. Cheers 👍🏽
'You stated a preference during booking for a quiet room. Was ibis Styles Leeds City Centre Arena able to fulfil your request' - I did not ask for a quiet room... I just preferred on first floor so I don't have to wait for the lift!!!
I’d like to highlight (what I think is the Leeds’ Radisson’s USP) to other guests… the car park is so close that you don’t even have to go outside! I wanted a hotel in Leeds city centre with a nearby car park - having been mis-led by another hotel on my last visit. The hotel is part of a complex with cinema, restaurants etc but I was able to pre-book a discounted parking space there beforehand. I’m surprised this isn’t advertised more clearly!
Hotel was very clean & modern. The staff were very nice, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was plentyful and good choices available.
Decent size room & nice views from the 10th floor, which is only half way up the building. Great location for exploring Leeds City Centre.
We came to Leeds for the monster truck show for my eldest son. Whilst my husband went there, my daughter and I went into the city centre. Fab location, not too far to walk to shops and the train station.
Hotel was clean and spacious for 4 of us, beds comfortable and shower good.
Had its own character & charm, because it wasn't modern and bland ... like many hotels and hotel rooms can be. Room service was good - and chicken green Thai curry was excellent. Great location, in the heart of Leeds City Centre.
