Nice room. Plenty of space and very comfortable. No AC but they provide a fan and we were fine with windows opened. They very kindly positioned our luggage in the room for us while we were out walking the Thames Path.

It was part of a pub located right on the River Thames. The room was small but beds were comfortable and it had the usual kettle and hot drink facilities.

We chose Lechlade as a venue to stay in for a 3 day walking break. As such it was ideally situated. The town itself is quite small but it was easy to travel to walking areas in the vicinity such as Buscot Lock, for the Thames path, or Buscot Park. Bibury and Minster Lovell were fairly close, as was Kelmscot Manor. Cirencester is easy to reach too.
Food at The New Inn was brilliant and The Trout Inn was a lovely old pub, which is a short walk out of town on a well made path.

It's a small town on the upper Thames with an 18th-century bridge. Buscot Park (National Trust) is less than three miles away, and Kelmscott (once the home of William Morris) not much further. His friend Burne-Jones's pre-Raphaelite stained glass can be seen in Buscot church.

This not a hotel to enjoy , just a barely adequate place to sleep overnight.

Most liked area and location set on beautiful banks of canal lots of different takeaway shops but the place does provide food and it is well worth the money you pay they don't skimp u get loads very quiet and peaceful in end of Feb beginning of Mar time plenty of different areas nearby to visit as well as Swindon Town people in area very polite got widle life zoo just down road
The location was convenient to many towns yet seemed peacefully secluded. The room we stayed in was large for our family of four. The bath was also really spacious with an excellent shower. The breakfast was so delicious; our server even brought steamed milk for our French press coffee. Also we had dinner in the restaurant which served the best fish and chips we have had in our travels! Finally the price was better than expected and can only be because it is not located in Burford, not 10 minutes away. Overall I give this property a 10!
A lovely hotel, well located, very clean and well maintained, nice public areas; bars and lovely outside areas by the river. Bedrooms are in separate buildings and are very clean and comfortable. The bar food was very good. Breakfast wasn’t available when we stayed (we were aware of this when we booked) but there are several nice places to get food just a couple of minutes walk away in Lechlade. Good parking system, with pass given to use the on-site car park. Good location for exploring the area.
Staff and service was excellent. We got a flat tire one night and they were able to assist us with booking AA the next morning. The property was gorgeous and tucked away in a quiet town. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. We were able to drive to our room to drop off/pick up our heavy luggage. Breakfast was delicious and they served generous portions. We enjoyed our walk around the property and the garden tour.
Nice city, lots of restaurants around the corner. Good breakfast at Lynwood&Co, great diner at the New Inn Hotel. Also very dog friendly. Parking seems to be an issue but we could park every day on the small square around the corner, officially for 2 hrs, but nobody seems to worry.
Overall a good stay.
Fantastic little BnB in a great location. The room is in a little courtyard off the road so it offers great privacy and peace. The room was excellent with a nice double bed and a great shower. The breakfast was excellent with good quality sausages and bacon. The would be my #1 choice if I return.
Great location for our needs.
Friendly and helpful staff
Clean and attractive Accomodation
Tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary bottled water and an invite to have a complimentary drink in the cafe.
Good WiFi in an area where phone signal is poor.
Fantastic breakfast
Perfectly located and well equipped accommodation. Very clean and tidy, We used it for a small family reunion and there was plenty to do in the area and it was not far to travel to either Lechlade or Burford, both very attractive towns. We'll definitely recommend it to friends.
The house is in a good location to access the lovely town of Lechlade and other attractions such as the wildlife park. The rooms are good sizes, the back room is nice and the shower is really powerful. The litlle bottles of shampoo etc and the hamper were a nice bonus.
the coffee shop at Vera’s attached to the accommodation was fantastic beautiful breakfast lovely charming staff. The room was very clean also the bed was very comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay at Lechlade. lovely little town with much to see
Lovely old coaching inn in heart of Lechlade. Grounds to the rear give lots of car parking and lead right down to river Thames.
Staff first rate even when pushed by a very very busy night after RAF Fairford tatoo.
Food good too.
The overall stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food both at breakfast and dinner were excellent. Would highly recommend as a place to stay when visiting the Cotswolds.
Really friendly welcoming with great recommendations of places to eat in Lechlade. Room tastefully decorated and with a very comfortable bed, good shower. Perfect stop for us while walking the Thames Path.
We liked the location and the town of Lechlade.
The room was large.
The staff were charming
Breakfast was served from 06:30 in by very efficient staff.

The room was lovely, with loads of character.
Very comfy bed, slept really well.
