The hotel is just off junction 64 of the A1(M), less than 12 miles from Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham. It has free parking, a restaurant, a lounge bar and air-conditioned rooms.

Great little pit stop hotel for the travel north, Durham itself wonderful with the cathedral and castle, friendly staff easy parking lovely quite rooms considering it's on the A1 was very quite

Nice house over all would stay here again, could do with some cookware adding like more pans and glasses baking trays serving bowls/plates, great family sized living room and dining room, super garden, big drive for 2 cars and TV in each bedroom. House could do with a deep clean between guests. Over all happy with our stay.
Ad says its an apartment, however this is a full house privately rented. Slightly strange check in process emailed a few days before visit but nothing impossible.
