Very friendly. We were cycling to Lands End and arrived totally drenched. The staff took huge trouble over helping us to store and bikes and dry us out. Delicious dinner.

Only rated as good due to room being on the smaller side.We have stayed here before however and had more space in other rooms.
Staff amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Good choices for breakfast. Would recommend the pancakes with berries for a lighter option. Full Cornish was also good.

The house was great, much bigger and nicer than we thought based on the pictures. The location is brilliant, with lots of wonderful trips and activities nearby. We hope to stay again in the future and would recommend it.

Beautiful well maintained cottage with all the amenities you could want two well equipped bathrooms fully equipped kitchen and lovely setting. It is hard to find on a busy road so I would suggest a new bigger sign the current one is slightly hidden by bushes and we passed it several times. And remember to bring bed linen with you as they don't provide any.

Great place for a week’s break, unfortunately the weather was not kind to us, so we used the lodge as a base and visited all the National Trust Houses in the area.
The lodge is warm, clean and has all the mod cons
All the staff were welcoming, friendly and an asset to Waterside.
We used the restaurant, café and bar and would highly recommend all three.
We did not use any of the outdoor sports facilities due to the weather or the indoor ones due to us both having colds.
We had a relaxing break and re charged our batteries and we would go again!

Countryside location so need a car to get everywhere.
Countryside location so need a car to get everywhere. Very peaceful and relaxing and staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant menu was reasonably priced and varied plus the gym and pool which were had use of were a real bonus.
Thanks to the excellent directions provided we were able to find the property as sat nav gave up due being so remote. A great house on two floors with 2 bathrooms. We used as a base to explore all around Cornwall and not far from the main amenities in Bodmin. Very quiet and as is on a part time working farm we had the joy of the cows coming in one day and had a bull looking through the window. Would recommend.
