It was a good location, the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, appeared very clean. The room was hot, however there was a lovely fan supplied, which was very thoughtful and much needed. The staff were kind, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Plenty of good parking available, not overly busy and the accommodation was set off to the side, so the pub customers did not cause any noise disturbance. I thought overall this was a good place to stay, but for the money...not so much.

The host was awesome and the property is such ideal location to explore both Brighton and Shoreham by sea.
Unfortunate our trip was ruined by a random racist man. Made us feel unsafe and wanting to leave immediately.

Lancing is worth the drive along the A27 is beach is required as it is far cheaper for parking and eating than Brighton. Pebbly beach like Brighton but more room to move about. There is a nice beach walk towards Worthing for keen walkers.

Always the case, beach days much better when it’s sunny! We went to the beach near Lancing briefly, to Worthing & on the pier instead & to the local park & playground & then Highdowm Gardens, tea room & to the viewpoint there.

Its hard to give a proper review of Lancing as we were only there for 1 night and had to leave early, what we did see we were impressed. A must for a meal is the Indian restaurant on South Street ,the food was plentiful & delicious chippie opposite was very busy.
Really comfortable and well thought out holiday accommodation and only a few minutes walk to the Widewater Lagoon and beach plus easy walk on the coast path to Lancing beach, Worthing etc. Very doggie friendly. Easy access to bus route to Brighton or Worthing and beyond. Parking easy on the road just outside with shops almost opposite plus a great pizza place and fish & chips etc. Lovely private courtyard - secure for most doggies (we’d never totally trust our Patterdale Terrier unsupervised) with garden furniture etc. We loved it.
. .Perfect location and proximity to Church for family funeral next day. Patrick met us on arrival after a tiring journey by train from the Midlands... settled us in so that we felt at ease.
Friends from Brighton joined us for an excellent meal at the pub next door. Good night's sleep in comfy bed.. generous breakfast selection available. Patrick agreed to late checkout to coincide with timing of funeral at Holy Family Church Lancing which was helpful.
The host was attentive, The apartment was very clean and tidy and was very well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Netflix, coffee machine and Google Nest were an added bonus! Great location for Brighton (via train) or Lancing beach.
The Hotel is in a nice location. Parking was off site but within easy reach of the hotel. The spacious room had a nice sea view.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming.
