The property was tired but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately the hotel had a lot of plumbing issues so the heating wasn’t working but the host Colin was amazing and had heaters put in the room for our arrival. Colin checked we were ok several times and we were welcomed to the bar area with some of the locals (who were amazing company also) Thanks Colin you were fabulous !

The room was cozy and clean with all the essentials (tv, kettle, coffee, tea, towels, toiletries). The bar of the hotel had a vibrant community with cheap drinks and pool. Breakfast is included in the price and the restaurant serves great food (there was even a free all you can eat buffet with amazing Indian food).

Really nice location in Northumberland, which provided good views. Staff friendly, but not up to keeping the hotel clean.

It wasn’t available, and cancelled our booking. The hotel is not open and shouldn’t be advertised on the site
