Lovely peaceful location not far from Oakham. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but had breakfast which was good.

excellent well positioned hotel. The staff were particularly helpful in getting us a space in the car park. Lovely outdoor drinking & eating space & nice rooms. I liked the Bond memorabilia on the walls. The shower was really nice and easy to use. The breakfast was nice & enough to fill you up for the morning. On leaving the reception said we could leave our car till we had looked round Stamford, which is lovely.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Very clean and modern. Lovely staff very polite and professional. The restaurant and bar has a good ambience about it. Rutland lake close by and well worth a visit.
