The staff were very good and professional at reception checkin, at dinner and breakfast
The food was very good in the restaurant at dinner and very good at breakfast.
I would come again as the staff were so friendly not just one or two but all of them.
And that means a lot when you are away from home

My room was clean, and I slept very well. The village of West Camel is enchanting and the hotel well placed for easy access into Yeovil, even with an option to avoid the apparently never ending roadworks on the A303.

The bed was very comfortable & we had everything we needed.
The girls in the restaurant were fantastic very friendly!
Beautiful location and barn could have been spectacular but...
Beautiful location and barn could have been spectacular but it was very tired and needed some TLC. Furniture was old and not comfortable. The stairs are very precarious and not elderly/child friendly. It could do with a downstairs loo especially as one of the bedrooms is downstairs a having to get up in the night to use the bathroom it is not good to climb those stairs. The cooker/hob was very temperamental. It was said that there was a microwave and there wasn’t. The lighting was very inadequate to read by in the evening. All that being said we had a good five days and with a bit of updating it could be wonderful.
