The facilities and service in the golf pavilion were significantly better than in the main building. The staff in general were excellent (aside from one particularly grumpy lady in the main bar). We were accommodated well with a table outside and later when using the main bar inside.

The location is amazing. It’s like a little slice of paradise, probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Me and my partner couldn’t get over the views, unbelievably happy with our stay.

Great location, excellent facilities, lovely spacious bedroom, good breakfast and great host
We stayed in Old Hunstanton and it was beautiful. Loved the cafe on the beach, walks along the beach with the dog. Nature reserves close by and plenty of things to do if you drive.
Dog friendly hotel was beautiful too and in a location very close to the beach.
Hunstanton town with the arcades etc was not for me personally.

not many restaurants open in the evening.
No banks but a banking hub if needed.
nice coffee shops.
Tourist info not very helpful although the bus time tables were there, too much detail about things too far away.
Need more local walks info.

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all.
Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all. There are some tourist aspects to it but all in all it seems to have retained an authentic seaside charm. Pretty homes dotted about, clean with lovely walking routes and parks. People seem very friendly and there are some great places to visit nearby.
The room was absolutely gorgeous! The photo's do not do this place justice. The room had plenty of room, and I really liked the fact the toilet & sink was separate from the shower & sink. Was seriously tempted to try the bath in the room (was literally a leg from the bed!) but didn't get chance.
Staff gave a lovely warm welcome and pointed us towards a dog friendly pub for some decent pub-grub. (The Old Marine Bar / The Waterfront Bar are great for this, the Golden Lion Hotel is good for something a little more refined)
Lovely, dog friendly, holiday home, spotlessly clean. Quiet location less than 5 minutes from a beach where dogs are allowed off lead all year round and 15/20 minutes walk from Hunstanton town centre.
Patio back garden, enclosed by 6 foot fence so dogs cannot escape. Nice porch in front with small table and 2 chairs.
Really comfortable bed and very effective duvet.
Great communication before booking, and up to arrival, secure key lock entry.
Enjoyed a very peaceful break.
. Really nice big room especially with the extra sitting area. Tea, coffee kettle in the room and the small fridge was a bonus. Common breakfast room downstairs with another fridge and the best coffee machine ! Everything was super clean, it all looked brand new . Great location, just a few minutes walk to the middle of town and easy parking right outside. If we come back to Hunstanton, we'd definitely stay here again.
The location is fantastic. Our room had views of the sea and its own patio. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the standard of cleanliness was fantastic.
There was a good choice of food at breakfast and in the evening you can eat in the hotel's restaurant or in the adjacent Mariner pub, which is also part of the hotel.
Lovely friendly owner and a lovely hotel very homeley I had the balcony window room I even booked again the next room beds were really comfy and it is very beautiful shame I packed all summer clothes as it is very breezy but got a good tan and the Hunstanton locals all say hello which I think is really good in my opinion
Great location for Hunstanton and surroundimg areas if you have a car. The hotel is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean with quality furnishings. The garden is lovely, the breakfast is delicious and Stephen and Archie are excellent hosts.
Good location close to the beach. Ten minutes walk into Hunstanton. Very quiet small site so little noise.
3 bedrooms and the lounge sofas were big enough to seat us all.
Heating and shower were good
Great price to a bank holiday weekend
Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful - they had even made optional dinner reservations at the excellent hotel restaurant for us to ensure we had a place to eat dinner. Rooms were nice, breakfast and dinner were very tasty.
Lovely spacious, well equipped caravan. Great location near the beach. Dog friendly too! Our boy settled right in and enjoyed the location as lots of nice walks for him. Even had a dog bowl under the sink, very thoughtful.
This is a nice hotel in a lovely location by the golf course and various ponds and about 30 mins walk into Hunstanton along traffic free paths. Breakfast was very good. we were in a newly built annex which was very nice.
Excellent hotel, dog friendly. Car parking is a welcome bonus. Meals in the pub are very good and the staff are really helpful ( Alex )
Looking forward to returning next month, our 'go to' hotel in sunny Hunny.
Excellent location, the hotel is clean, tidy and it has friendly efficient staff. The hotel is dog friendly and my room had a nice sea view. The bedroom was well lit and spacious.
Lovely hotel very warm rooms however 1 sash window in the room wouldn't close fully but it did give us the chance of some fresh night air, the staff were unaware it.
This was a lovely hotel. Ideally located on the outskirts of Old Hunstanton. Walking distance to the beach. Gorgeous evening meal. Staff very attentive and friendly.
The pub has a great location, but no private parking, so its on the street or £9 per night across the road. Its location is handy for all of Hunstanton.
