Brilliantly situated between two coasts, easy access for ferries between the islands, lovely and clean, food and staff excellent and very helpful.
Karma St. Martin's is just 40 metres from the beachfront in St Martins. This charming property features a spa, bar and restaurant, and offers rooms with sea views.

This holiday flat was a fabulous choice.
Particularly noteworthy is the elevated position a little above the church with lovely views of Hugh Town and the harbour.
The flat looks like new, is bright, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean (and without carpeting...). Nothing is missing. At night you can't hear anything except the seagulls. We really appreciated the good mattress for the many nights we spent here.
Carmen is a friendly hostess and gave us lots of interesting tips.
We would love to come back here on our next holiday on the Isles of Scilly.

Excellent accomodation that exceeded my expectations. Very Spacious and self contained. Comfortable, modern high end spec and high tech fittings. Everything you could conceivably need was provided including fridge, washing machine, good TV and cooking facilities should you need them. Helpful, friendly and obliging host. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay right in the heart of Hugh Town with easy access to the port.

Pleasant small town with a good range of pubs and eating places. Reasonable but fairly limited range of shops. Easy access to quay side and boats to the other islands on the Isles of Scilly. Also terminus for the only bus service that circulates around St Marys Island.

We made the trip to go on the Pelagic Cruises and some sight-seeing in the Islea of Scilly generally. Plenty of eateries in Hugh Town - but pretty slow service - gave up on one when told 25mins to wait for lunch order. Didn't look round Hugh Town particularly as not interested in shopping/beach. Tourist Info pretty good.

Good spot but queuing all the time to get in the coop not good. Shame the Bishop and Wolf is closed. Butchers round the corner was much better! Local boats don’t seem to operate social distancing, packed solid!
It’s a good spot to get anywhere on The Scillies. St. Marys has a lot to offer. Porth Hellick one of our favourites.

Busy harbour with easy to access trips to the other islands.
Busy harbour with easy to access trips to the other islands. The town is small with narrow pavements but limited traffic. The Garrison was well worth a walk. It had lots of useful information boards and the views out to sea were worth the walk up the hill. There are a few small shops and restaurants/cafes. There are several pleasant beaches within walking distance. We ate dinner at the Mermaid just off the harbour. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely.
The facilities and the site are outstanding - we especially liked the swimming pool! The rooms are bright and clean and serviced daily. Views from the battlements(!) are stunning and the Conservatory restaurant is a beautiful setting - the atmosphere in there is also more relaxed than the main hotel restaurant. Staff are very helpful and there is always a list of the days’ boat sailings to the other islands pinned up by reception. Useful for planning your day.
Exceeded our expectations, beautiful cottage, top quality fittings, every possible need catered for, well appointed kitchen. Ideally situated so close to tranquil Porthcressa beach and all Hugh Town facilities.
Very welcoming hosts.Elaine gave us advice about where to visit and eat out. On arrival kindly had milk and orange in fridge for us plus locally made ice cream and millionaires shortbread!
We found the beach chairs provided very handy.
Very well decorated and welcoming dining area, outside seating with stunning views of Hugh town. Our room was a standard and very small & faced a wall, with too much furniture in, the bathroom had no fan or opening window, so wouldn’t recommend a standard room. There are a lot of stairs to access the bedrooms & no lift.
Nice hotel, central, stayed there before and it is the same. Nothing wrong with it. One of the few places on the island which will serve you food if you have not booked a table!!! (in the bar). Beds very comfortable.
