Very quirky accommodation, bed was very comfy and air con kept the room a perfect temperature. Staff are not on site but contacted me to make sure check in was a breeze, lots of additional extras that are well thought out to make sure your stay is thoroughly enjoyed 10/10

A beautiful and stylish property, with ample parking, good location near Burnham market/ Holkham beach and delicious food/ great service. The communal areas were tasteful and comfortable, and little touches like complimentary afternoon cake and tea/coffee facilities made this a touch above the rest. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and the bedroom facilities excellent. I will definitely come back again!

We ate at the Victoria every night and the food was very good but very generous, so if you are a small eater I would make it clear that you only want a small portion.
Holkham is a wonderful place to visit (bird watchers paradise), we also visited the Park which we had not done before but would certainly return to, very accessible for anyone who has mobility problems.
