Lovely little village, a real gem that was wonderful to explore with its local pub, delightful church and well cared for houses. Close to Carsington Water, Ashbourne and all the attractions of the Peak District but also close to Derby / Burton on Trent / Stoke on Trent if desired. Tip, if you want to visit the cinema in Ashbourne book your tickets as it gets busy and is only a small venue.
