This was one of the nicest BnBs we have stayed in during our trip. The room was large and airy, with armchairs where we could sit and enjoy the lovely country view. The bed was comfortable and the linen was high quality. The location was quiet yet still close enough to the main roads to be practical for a one night stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Deborah was a wonderful host and gave a great suggestion for dinner at the local golf club - it was fabulous.

A beautiful, comfortable property in a very picturesque location. The hot tub overlooking the surrounding countryside was a real bonus, and we felt very well looked after for the entire stay. The hosts went above and beyond and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return when in the area again.

The cabin at Cefn Mawr was so restful and the views spectacular- the photos do not capture it well enough. We were just there for a weekend - (for an off roading experience in vintage land rovers in Mochdre - which we would also highly recommend! ) but I would definitely go back for a longer stay and more exploring of mid wales, the elan valley and other attractions in the area. If I could drag myself away from that view……(and the hot tub!)
Just a few minutes drive north of Newtown, along a narrow road with farm and a few houses it felt very remote and quiet, and yet easy access to the town for supplies and restaurants (we enjoyed the Italian - la Terrazzo).
