Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.

Room was massive, the bed was huge, sound proofing was good .
I loved the led mirror in the bathroom.
Breakfast was nice but limited for vegan. Some scrambled tofu or some type of fish would have been nice as I don’t eat any meat, eggs or cheese.
The location was perfect, bus stops are outside and opposite the hotel. The Middleton shopping mall is right opposite the hotel.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
