People said that it had improved but I did not see it.
People said that it had improved but I did not see it. Being in a wheelchair really highlighted the difficulties you have. Hard to find a disabled toilet. Gaps in amusements was not always accessible. The ramps into some amusements was so steep. I really wanted fish and chips but they all had steps into them so my experience was restricted.

Disappointed how Great yarmouth has changed, unfortunately for the worse , lots of rundown shops and broken glass , It really does need a complete regeneration as it was such a great place to bring our children when they were younger and it was so sad to see how much it had changed . The pleasure Beach isn't bad but again could do with revamping and maybe a new water ride as tickets weren't cheap in comparison to other seaside resorts that have lots more rides , You shouldn't have to pay to get in if you don't want to go on any rides, just supply wristbands to people that want to as there's really not alot to do if you don't . I honestly.dont think I'll be in any hurry to go back which is a shame .

It's quite a pleasant walk along the sea front and around the centre it's self but if you go off the beaten track there is a lot of rubbish on the street.
We went to the Grovner casino on the front one night to eat and that was good food for a good price.
You can just walk around but there is also an open top bus or horse cartages along the sae front.
Before we arrived we called the hotel and said our arrangements had changed as we no longer had a baby sitter. I then called to ask if they would allow us to place a travel cot in the room and they said we have already upgraded you to a family room. Amazing hosts and it is the perfect example of a well run family business. The breakfast was amazing best grilled kipper I've had and I have stayed in 5 stars in Dubai!!!!
The facilities were great for what I needed, right on top of the seafront and nr the main street only a short walk away, check in was super easy as everything was all sorted for my arrival, the room was clean and the en suite bathroom was nice and clean, the hotel was nice and quiet and I had a great nights sleep, Will definatly be staying here again, until next time I thankyou for a very pleasent stay 5*****
Anita was a lovely kind and caring and welcoming host. She made myself and my son feel really welcome. Her whole guest house was sparkling clean . The location was great just a minute from seafront and close to all Yarmouth has to offer. Her guesthouse was really well priced for the facilities. I will definitely be staying at Twin Palms if we go and visit Great Yarmouth again next year.
The caravan was in superb condition, very modern and well maintained, and we all felt very welcomed and can’t wait to come back again. Forget about those tiny hotel rooms along the seafront these caravans are spacious, immaculate and perfect for families. You’re only a 25 minute walk from the sea front and the caravans are located in a quiet peaceful area which is beautifully presented.
Lovely hotel. Tasteful decor, spotlessly clean, excellent food, impeccable service, brilliant staff.
The room has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. I would recommend highly and if I ever needed to be in that area again I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.
Cannot get over how welcoming the staff were so upon arriving, had a very family feel about the hotel. The breakfast was amazing value for being included in the room! I will definitely be going back here, thank you for a lovely stay.
