The room was nice, and the location in Corby is great. Sure it's a Wetherspoons hotel so that might invoke certain images to some but I was more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and overall stay

Quite steep streets, not easy to find using a sat nav. Nowhere close by to walk the dog off his lead. Village shop does breakfasts and take away sandwiches. For readers there is a book exchange in the village-in a disused telephone box, remember to take a book to swap.

The people are so friendly and stop and talk to you if you want them to.
The location has a lot of hills around so if you struggle walk it might be a bit difficult for you.
