Holly Lodge Boutique B&B, hotel in Gateley

Holly Lodge offers adult only accommodation in Thursford, in north Norfolk. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

The breakfast was first class and set us up for the day. It provided a full compliment of cereals, etc., and this was followed by a number of options for a cooked breakfast. Very good indeed. The rooms were well proportioned and provided everything required for a comfortable stay. Attention to detail both in the room and the communal areas (plus the garden) were excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. Location was not too far from other areas worth visiting but some of the roads were very narrow if you ventured off the main highways.

We had a lovely night stay at the annexe which was really spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for a Wedding that we attended nearby. Hosts were very friendly ,breakfast was great, room comfortable ,great views from the rooms. No TV . Very remote and no passing areas in the lanes on the approach road ,hard to find in the dark when returning from a meal . As we only stayed for 1 night we never went to the village. If we stayed again it would be spring or summer time when the evenings were light.
