The hotel has an astonishing apperance at first sight and the inside didn't dissapoint us. Welcoming staff, very dogfriendly, fantastic view from our room. The room itself was big, huge bathroom and a very comfortable, extra big dubbelbed.

Anacapri, hotel in Falmouth

With stunning sea views over Falmouth Bay, this AA 5-star bed & breakfast offers en suite rooms, residents' lounge, licensed bar, sun terrace and car park.

The room was small but it had a lovely view and it was much better than expected as we booked at the last minute. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the usual facilities. I liked the small bar in the hotel where you could buy drinks and the breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. the beach was a short walk away which had a cafe and there was adequate parking on site. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Greenbank Hotel, hotel in Falmouth

With an impressive seafront location overlooking Falmouth Harbour, Greenbank Hotel offers panoramic views and traditional charm.

The location is fantastic, there are very few hotels in Falmouth that offer parking (which we never had a problem with) The Working Boat pub is great - we ate there one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The reception area and initial entrance to the hotel is wonderful, very light, airy and modern. The view from our room was great!

My son is at University in Falmouth so we have visited it many times in the last 3 years. The beaches are wonderful and the town centre is a lovely place to visit with quirky shops and very nice restaurants. There is an excellent South African restaurant called Amanzi which you will have to book as it's very popular. Falmouth is a lovely place to visit.

Falmouth is a friendly and lively place to visit, with nice selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Always something going on, with access to beautiful beaches and walks. The harbour is stunning and as a town, Falmouth has lots to offer young and older people.

Falmouth is a lovely town if a bit pricey.

Falmouth is a lovely town if a bit pricey. I recommend a wildlife cruise. Away from the harbour area it is very hilly. climbing Jacobs Ladder is a great experience for an Instagram photo, but not if you have to go up it each day as we did. One thing that I noticed was that virtually every shop and restaurant had a 'dogs welcome' sign, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on your attitude to dogs.

The location is hard to beat, the building is amazing but if you’ve booked going on the pictures you’re going to be disappointed, it is tired and dated- for the price we paid we were super disappointed. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and this was not cheap. I guess the nostalgia was nice, my young kids could see what it was like when I stayed in a hotel when I was their age, The Falmouth feels like it hasn’t been updated and only ever been hoovered in the last 30 years.

Everything was excellent. A lovely welcome from the host Liz. We had a large room with balcony with view of Falmouth Bay . The hotel was spotlessly clean . The breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked. Would definitely stay at this great hotel again . It was close to the beach , town centre and Pendennis Castle.
