The host is very wicked and very inconsiderate fellow h have ever met in my history of booking.com. The host literally gave my room out to another client without prior cancellation from me or himself. He said it’s his property and he can do whatever he wants. He literally stood me out in the door and refused me entry into the property because someone else has paid him for my room for 1night.. never visit this property if you want somewhere to stay around Coventry

The room was really clean, a reasonable size and the staff were helpful and friendly. The shower didn’t look anything special but loads of hot water and really powerful, so that was a bonus. It is set in peaceful woody grounds and use of the spa was included on the price which I didn’t realise - although we didn’t see it , (we were just using the hotel as a place to stay for a visit to Warwick open day which was about 20mins away.) so can’t comment on those facilities. It cost us £81 for a twin room which was cheaper than local premier inns for that date.

The staff were just so wonderful. It totally messed up the dates of the booking but they went above and beyond to help us out and I am so grateful to them. The hotel is also amazing, easily the best hotel in Coventry.
