The room and the decoration were well thought out. Clean room with good quality bedlinen and carpet (coincidentally both the same as I have bought for myself in the past). Breakfast as such is not provided, but is available nearby if required. Pastries, tea and coffee are available in the room for those in a hurry.
It's basically a "let yourself in" establishment - they send a text with all the necessary information. However, I did not see my text, and they were friendly and helpful when I was totally clueless about the geography and the arrangements.

The ability to change room from annex to main building because of walking across unlit car park/ outdoor garden at 10.00pm at night. Room well maintained during our stay when we were out for the day.

Plough Inn, an attractive and 'comfortable' old inn in a peaceful countryside area (just what an English country pub should be like) was easy to find with plenty of parking. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rates reasonable as were dining prices. Food excellent, waiting staff attentive and drinks, especially local beers, nicely priced.
Would recommend anytime!
