Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable; I even had a semi-private patio where I could enjoy the evening sunshine. Food was well prepared and promptly served.

We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.
