Loved the location in the Cornish countryside. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed having dinner at night with the friendly 'country pub atmosphere'. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. As we were visiting the area to explore family history, the staff went out of their way to help with information and maps.

The hotel has an astonishing apperance at first sight and the inside didn't dissapoint us. Welcoming staff, very dogfriendly, fantastic view from our room. The room itself was big, huge bathroom and a very comfortable, extra big dubbelbed.

The room was small but it had a lovely view and it was much better than expected as we booked at the last minute. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the usual facilities. I liked the small bar in the hotel where you could buy drinks and the breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. the beach was a short walk away which had a cafe and there was adequate parking on site. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The location is fantastic, there are very few hotels in Falmouth that offer parking (which we never had a problem with)
The Working Boat pub is great - we ate there one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
The reception area and initial entrance to the hotel is wonderful, very light, airy and modern.
The view from our room was great!

Don’t go full stop, the roads are horrendous, stop somewhere closer to Falmouth. Sat nav will send you everywhere. If you value your car keep away. Most of the roads can only fit one Fiat panda, the locals will drive really close to you to make you drive faster. We were on tender hooks all the holiday. We even thought about going home early, it’s just not worth it.

Constantine is in the countryside near farmlands, so quiet and leafy. We found driving to various points of interest straightforward, such as Falmouth and Trebah and Trelissick (National Trust) and there are beaches about 15 mins drive away.

We didn't spend much time in Constantine itself - we were mostly driving through it to get to other destinations. It is a very small village, and seems to have a good community spirit. The speed limit in most of the village is 20mph which makes good sense since there are a lot of narrow roads with passing places, as well as people walking in the roads, so the low speed limit is much safer. The people are friendly and on another visit, it would be nice to get to interract with the people more. Apologies that this isn't more informative.
