On Arrival pleasantly welcomed. This is our Third visit. Room beautiful with all the historic features and decor . Slight mishap found dirty socks under chair and used Toilet roll and bathroom Tap swinging. Apart from that a beautiful stay.
Waitress Jess is an asset to your company. Easy approachable and kind and how she talked about Dunston Hall was extremely positive and normally this is unheard of in a place of work.
We will be returning again in the near future.

Room had a leak and was not nice although we were moved second day although this comes with hastle. Breakfast was nice but after drinking an apple juice the nozzle clearly was unclean and the boot of my drink was a lump of mould which I can only assume fell out of the nozzle upon pouring.

Food was excellent and Mark was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I particularly appreciated it when he informed us of a short wait for service, much better than being left in the dark. Not that we waited long anyway. We had the suite which was a large room with seating - very comfortable.
