The rooms need total upgrading. The staff had to be ca!led to clean the toilet on arrival and they could not get the brown stains off the toilet which only went worse after use

The decor was so tasteful and carefully designed. Details in the room contributed to a comfortable, relaxed stay.
The shower was one of the best I have experienced in UK accommodation, with immediate hot water. Extremely appreciated by Icelandic clientele who are used to our hot water coming from the volcanic systems!
Breakfast was good and relaxed with plenty of choice. Excellent coffee.
The staff were very joyful, flexible and helpful.
Location is great, especially if you like charity shops & bookshops.

I liked the room that had everything in it from tv to milk in the fridge with free tea, coffee and chocolates/ They even supplied a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. The chef was extremely good as the food was first class and would recommend eating here. I have no negatives at all to report and all the staff were so friendly. I will stay here again as enjoyed my stay here enormously

This lovely pub was basically at the bottom of the lane leading up to Butser Hill. And a walk along that lane was a treat for wildlife lovers - partridges, pheasants, deer, skylarks and (I think) fieldfare sighted on those beautiful South Downs meadows. Petersfield is a short 10 minute drive away and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park even nearer. The pub is probably about a mile outside of Clanfield village which we didn't see...maybe next time.

Loved the place and people and would certainly use again.
Loved the place and people and would certainly use again.
Due to the property's location, a car would be the only reasonable way to get around.
The vegan menu was rather poor but generally no complaints
