It took a while to fine reception. We were then put in a room which felt like a hall of residence. They was no wifi or any signal for internet. The restaurant wasnt available for evening meal. Breakfast was cooked dried up buffet ensemble. The kitchen staff were stood laughing and giggling and totally ignorant to customers. My partner and i were so looking forward to our stay in country hotel , but this place is advertising under false claims. An absouletly awful stay.I could go on and on about how bad all the facilities were but the list is so long and ive got better things to do.

There was a wedding party which we were not made aware of prior to arival. I was with my 13 year old daughter who was competing on the Sunday after very little sleep. Also told no breakfast available before 8am when that is the time we had to leave for the competition. Very disappointed in the hotel.

From start to finish we loved it, the lodge was beautifull, it felt like we were in a fairytale, the grounds were immaculate and it had its own private woodland walk..they even left us complementry milk and biscuits and large towells for use in the hot tub..we enjoyed the free entry to the woo hoo farm it was loads of fun..we took advantage of the bbq at night and sat out listening to the owls. We will be hoing back again
