This luxury Victorian Cottage is perfect for guests looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Set in a quiet Telford location in the region of Shropshire benefitting from easy reach of an array of amenities, this separate cottage is part of a secure gated courtyard, with parking, next to a main house. Ground Floor: Living room: Is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and side tables, gas fire and patio doors leading to patio. Kitchen/dining room: With breakfast area, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed, sofa, and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With double bed, single bed and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Towels and bed linen: Are provided in the cottage. Wi-Fi and TV: Free Hi-speed 1Gb Wi-Fi is available throughout and Flat screen TV with Sky Q fitted in the living room. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Front garden with a sun-trap patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. I'm a private host on site living in the main property. I'm a vegan and hugely passionate about animal welfare and do animal rescue for a local charity. I have three stray/rescue small pups.
This lovely, beautifully restored and maintained, Victorian detached cottage offers guests a fantastic base in which to explore this lovely part of the County, the property is set close to the historic town of Ironbridge which is a World Heritage Site, the Blist Victorian Village and Seven Valley Railway. The towns of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock are all close by and all offer plenty for guests to see and do including many independent shops and restaurants, along with access to the beautiful Shropshire Hills and many more National Trust and English Heritage sites. The Granville Country Park (Shropshire Wild Life Trust) with its’ idyllic country walks being only 2 miles away. Telford town centre is just a short, 5 mile, drive away and is home to family attractions including Telford Town Park and the children’s playground Wonderland, as well as restaurants and the town centre. For those looking for a day out shopping, Shrewsbury town is half an hour away.
