Nothing!! - One of worse hotel breakfasts have had in long time -
Only cheap sliced pan bread available, eggs rubbery and cold. Very little fruit. And tables not cleaned properly. All in all very disappointing.

The flat was great. We loved it from the moment we arrived.
The flat was great. We loved it from the moment we arrived. Nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. It was very clean - towels, bedding etc. Two TVs- one in the bedroom, one in the sitting room.
Nice sofa and furniture. The location was excellent- in the town centre. We could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We would not look for anywhere else if we were to go to Cheltenham again.

Cheltenham is a beautiful town with much to see and do. Surrounding areas are also charming and it is an excellent place to tour the Cotswolds, but it was very busy with a lot of traffic and road works on a lot of the main roads surrounding the town.

This trip was a girls' weekend away.
This trip was a girls' weekend away. The shopping in Cheltenham is good but quite spread out so wear comfy shoes.
The shopping is in two areas, near the Brewery quarter which has a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars for eating and drinking ( fabulous cocktails in the Cosy Club, and great food in Alchemist with a DJ playing some great tunes on Friday night.) and usual high street shops. Then in Montpellier area, the shops are more individual and boutique style, with great restaurants and bars. We ate in Ivy which was lovely, beautiful inside with really great food.
We walked mainly while we were in Cheltenham and it felt pretty safe even in the evening walking back. We did also use Uber which as always was easy and convenient.

Had a 2 night stay at The Cotswold Grange , but would be very dubious about returning ,definately not as advertised ,not even as a B & B as you have to pay extra for a breakfast ,only to find everything was cleared away despite having booked for 9 30 the previous night, had an excellent evening at the Instanbul Kitchen which was exceptional and the following night we ate out and went to Sephs steakhouse in Cheltenham and again this was exceptional with excellent service. Taxis are readily available and good value.

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds.Lovely shopping with a range of independent shops.
There is no shortage of places to eat and drink. Would recommend The Alchemist for theatrical cocktails .
The Ivy is a beautiful and worth a visit, even just to have a snack so that you can enjoy the surroundings.
Lovely welcome for both myself and my dog who was provided with a dog bed and bowel. Very friendly staff and ideal location with parking either in the hotels own garage or on the street which is metered. As I was traveling with my dog who was made most welcome in the bar area I did not try the restaurant, however the bar food was served with style and was very tasty. Overall a lovely, comfortable 3 night visit, which most certainly served as a great base for the surrounding area of Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.
Stylish hotel with lots of luxury touches like the amazing huge reed diffusers, fab decor and dyson products in the bedrooms. The attached restaurant and bar were super cool. Seems like ‘the place to be.’ Location was great for Montpellier area which is gorgeous and only 7 minute walk to The Promenade with lovely shops and then town centre also.
Great location close to Cheltenham City centre and the Brewery Quarter great places to eat out I really recommend Garlic and Ginger in the lower High Street, the hotel is amazing lovely warm comfortable bed and a very clean room amazing staff who were always happy to help and always smiling.
I recommend having the breakfast it's amazing
This was one of the best nights stays we have had, a group of 4 businessmen working in Cheltenham. Could not book 4 hotel rooms in the same hotel due to Races.
After this stay we would book again without hesitation. Perfect location in the city centre.
Sharing a house was much more relaxing than hotel cars and restaurants.
Location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes walk into the town centre, and with a parking space. House is really nice, modern, warm and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable and with a toilet downstairs as well, made it even better. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Cheltenham for a couple of days.
Staff were great and very welcoming. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Shower was really good and two sinks ! Breakfast was good and well priced. Hotel location was within easy reach of the town centre. Would definitely stay here again. ..and finally, got to love the "pantry" in reception!!
Lovely clean guest house, with friendly staff, located just a few minutes walk from the Cheltenham town centre.
Cheaper pre-booked street parking is available in advance through the guest house, but there is also a large outdoor NCP car park directly opposite the Portland.
Great location to visit Burton on the water and Stow on the Wold, Cheltenham Town centre is a five minute drive. Great selection of shops and restaurants.
Hotel was a bit dated but didn't bother us, friendly team, Chloe who checked us in was lovely.
The Abbey is a luxurious older building, two private homes combined to form a small hotel. It is in close walking distance from Cheltenham attractions and restaurants. "Mrs. Robinson" was cheery and a great listener. This is a great place.
Our room was a great size, very comfortable, clean and had an extra bed added, as requested. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is an easy stroll away from Cheltenham town centre. Breakfast was delicious.
Convenient location close to town centre. Immaculately clean room, beautiful hotel, with easy no hassle check-in and check-out service. Always my first choice when stopping over in Cheltenham.
Impressive building in a lovely part of Cheltenham. Close to Pittville Park and the town centre. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom clean and excellent shower.
Large room, excellent location near the town centre, parking nearby was no problem & staff very helpful & friendly (adjusting the breakfast time to suit our early starts).
Smart hotel, big bath in the room, plus a shower. Nice large bed. Very clean, quiet and safe.
Friendly staff. I'll stay here again when in Cheltenham. Recommended.
