I liked the individuality of the place. The gentleman was friendly. I had hoped to have a drink in the pub, but was a little tired. The room was spacious, and the kettle was a welcome inclusion. It was a loft room.

Cheltenham is a lovely Regency town with so much charm.

Cheltenham is a lovely Regency town with so much charm. We dined well and went to the Wilson Art Gallery and Museum and I would highly recommend that. The bookstore on the Prom, Waterstones, was three floors and amazing. Wonderful to walk around and soak up the beauty of this Regency town.

We were there for a weekend as we were going to see a show. I was very impressed with the town centre which had a good mix of the usual high street shops and independent outlets. It had a great atmosphere and I would definitely return

Cheltenham is in a beautiful part of the country, so in fairness we spent little time in the town, however there were plenty of restrants, coffee bars and individual shops, we were very fortunate with the weather and spent a lovely afternoon in the central park which had plenty of facilities for all ages.

Cheltenham is a lovley town. I am bias as I grew up here. Of course I did not appreciated it as a child but going back is always a pleasure. The prom, Montpelier, Pitville park to stroll and feed the ducks (also an amazing playground for children now) Great shops, restaurants and ambiance. Alway check out what’s in at the Everyman theatre & or Town hall.

The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding Cotswold areas, Cheltenham and more 😊. It is located very close to the city centre, so it is easy to get your essentials and enjoy a nice day out. The apartment is spacious and comfy for solo travelers or even a couple. All essential facilities were well maintained, the kitchen is an additional bonus for someone who wishes to cook their own meals using the fresh produce from Cotswold. A nice selection of breakfast items too.

This hotel is very comfortable and in a good location for exploring Cheltenham. There is free, off road parking. Petra was very helpful before and during our visit answering all my questions promptly. Due to Covid restrictions, continental breakfast was served in the bedroom. My gluten free breakfast and my husband's normal breakfast were both good.

We loved this hotel. So clean, warm, spacious, great customer service on check in. So comfy. Dog friendly (extra £15). Not far from Cheltenham town centre. I wanted to stay another night. Plenty car parking spaces. Room service available but we ate evening meal and breakfast in the bar with the dog. Great food.
