little quaint place to stay, only 17 min walk to the train station. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, everything was explained to us and we were then taken up to our room. we booked the twin room which even has an ensuite. It was very clean throughout. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was great.

The location was perfect as we attend stockport county games. The car park is large and had lots of spaces. The bathroom was very big and was very clean. The TV worked well and had lots of channels to choose from. The beds were very comfortable and we had 2 pillows each.

The room was tidy, there were tea and coffee-making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave. For a budget hotel for one night, this is exactly what we'd expected it to be. The lady on the desk was very polite and helpful.

I stayed there as it was convenient to my daughter's house in Stockport, so didn't see much of Cheadle on that visit. On previous visits I can say it's a pleasant suburb of Greater Manchester with some good restaurants
