Room was superb. Bed was so comfy. So clean. Dinner was absolutely delicious (perfection), breakfast was amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Best hotel I have stayed in for a very long time.

Barstaff were very helpful ( they were the only person onsite.)
Restaurant excellent and bar welcoming.
Ensuite although small was very modern well equipped, especially liked the small low level light which automatically lit up the bathroom if you went in at night.

Location was brilliant for an event I was attending. Room a nice size for a single traveller, bed was huge (very comfy and I slept really well) so space might be an issue for a couple. I thought there would be some noise from the pub next door but didn’t hear a thing. Plenty of parking. WiFi good.

There for a wedding at Carlton Towers, Odddfellows is very well placed for the venue just a short walk. The Towers is one of the best stately homes I have seen pity it's not open to the public. The wedding itself was perfect the staff at the Towers were brilliant very helpful and made sure we all had a wonderful day.

We booked overnight as it was 3 hour trip each way gave us a chance to explore unfortunately constant rain killed it we will endeavour to go again later in year
The welcome you received was excellent so friendly you were shown to your room a lovely touch. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed. Mitch and Caroline could not have been friendlier and the food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Nothing was to much trouble for them even offering us a lift to our friends up the road. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Perfect location to stay for a wedding at Carlton Towers. 5 mins walk.
Cottage is really comfortable. Huge downstairs bathroom, cosy sitting room and 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs. No kitchen or fridge. Kettle and tea/ coffee/ water provided. Lovely setting on edge of estate near Carlton pub and shop.
The friendly atmosphere of the staff was what made my stay so good.. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and chatted to everyone. The big bonus of course was seeing the beautiful puppy Winnie what a beaut she was!!!
A fantastic place to stay. Couldn’t have been more accommodating and went out of their way to give us a lift when we were stranded. Lovely hotel and clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend it we’re so grateful for such a great weekend stay.
It was a very nice looking hotel room with very comfortable beds. The shower was very powerful and the bath is nice. There are appliances but I didnt need the tv as I went straight to bed after using the bath.
The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, I attended a wedding at Carlton towers and staff even came and collected me afterwards! rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious!
