Great location, stylish, comfortable, very friendly staff. Breakfast was also good, we'll definitely come back every time we're in Cardiff. We were also allowed to keep our bags behind the counter area after check out for free for a few hours which was very useful! We changed from another hotel to here and we're very glad we did.

Capital of Wales, Cardiff is a wonderfully green city steeped in national pride. At its heart is enormous Bute Park, divided by the River Taff and named after the marquis that once lived in Cardiff Castle overlooking it. In fact, this is just one of 5 castles within the surrounding area.
Over the road is Cathays Park, a beautiful square flanked by Edwardian architectural masterpieces including Cardiff City Hall and the excellent National Museum of Wales. Another must-see is St Fagan’s National History Museum, one of Britain’s top attractions.
From Victorian arcades to the fabulous St David’s Centre, shopping in Cardiff is a delight. And there’s no shortage of pubs and restaurants in which to rest awhile. Those by Cardiff Bay offer particularly pleasant views.
Also by the bay are the futuristic National Assembly for Wales and the Wales Millennium Centre. Another year 2000 landmark is the Millennium Stadium, a state-of-the-art venue for international rugby and football matches, as well as concerts. Next door is Cardiff Arms Park, home to the city’s rugby union team, while Cardiff City FC’s new stadium is in the west.
Cardiff Airport is further west near Barry and Booking.com have an excellent range of hotels, B&Bs and apartments both near there and in the city centre.

Cardiff is a walkable City.
Cardiff is a walkable City. Plenty of pubs & clubs with music. We went to Glassworks Pub for dinner one night & it was a very sociable pub with the locals filling the place for drinks after work. By about 7:30 they had left & it was a bit quieter. Our accommodation had a kitchen so we were able to heat or cook some meals. Breakfast was also at home so we only had to buy lunch if we wanted.
People are friendly & helpful.
Nice place to visit.

It's a great place to come with your friends and do some shopping and have a girly lunch. In the evening you have a choice of staying in the city centre which has lots of bars and restaurants or to go to the bay which again has a good choice of both.

Cardiff is a small city and everything is within walking...
Cardiff is a small city and everything is within walking distance. The Principality stadium, Cardiff Castle, Motorpoint Arena are within easy reach. The shopping centre is good with plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes etc. I went to see Pink at the Stadium and would definitely recommend a stay in Cardiff, I wish that I had stayed longer but that’s for another day.
I had initially booked the Hotel a few weeks ago and had then to cancel as the course I was booked on got cancelled. The owners of the Hotel were so nice to not charge any cancellation fees that's why I decided to book again. This time I could come as my course was rescheduled. A very nice and warm welcome by staff on arrival. The Hotel is slightly outdated but unique in its way and has its own charm. Nice and clean room with a very comfy bed. Well located right in the city centre of Cardiff.
Beautiful home located by a golf course. Our rooms consisted of a large bedroom upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. Throughout, everything was immaculate.
The property is within walking distance of several eating establishments and about four miles from Cardiff city centre. It’s a short walk to the train station. By chance, we happened to be in Cardiff when King Charles paid a visit so the city was alive and vibrant.
Location was excellent, right in the city of Cardiff.
We were attending a wedding in the city and asked for early check in, if possible to allow us to get ready. They were able to honour it with no problems at all. Very much appreciated.
Parking facilities were good as most city centres don’t have on site parking, this one does and is cheaper than other hotels.
The area itself is beautiful, peaceful, clean and it is very close to the city centre and Cardiff Bay.
The hotel was very clean and modern. The hallways, stairs were bright and always had a nice fragrance. The kitchen was very spacious and meticulously clean. The room was comfy, the bed was big and firm; and the en-suite was clean and modern.
We went to a gig at Cardiff Bay so the location was ideal for us, but it was also only a 10 minute cab to the city centre. The price we paid for the property was excellent and it was a very nice touch leaving a bottle of Prosecco for us on arrival. All the beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to go about our days.
It is a really nice hotel, in a very good location. The staff are super friendly and they even let us check-in earlier than the mentioned timings. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, we slept really well there. We could easily catch a bus from the hotel (4-5 mins walk) to the city centre and Cardiff bay.
A great location for both the City Centre and Cardiff Bay with parking which was important to us for such a short stay. A spacious apartment on the first floor and the hosts gave very comprehensive and clear instructions as well as good communication regarding the property. Will certainly recommend and book again!
Location was perfect for Cardiff Bay. A particular shoutout to Receptionists Matt and Paul for kindly letting my girlfriend and I use the main exchange room for our Doctor Who cosplay photoshoots when it wasn't in use. Will be hoping to return here soon (and for more photos in that beautiful historic room!
The staff in the hotel are by far its greatest asset - all of them super friendly and helpful, the receptionist guy was very sympathetic and offered us several alternatives when we asked to change our room. The location is also great, right in the city centre.
Very comfortable room, with excellent facilities and helpful staff. The breakfast option was amazing. Well located, with about a 10 minute walk into the city centre, 15 minutes to the bay, and a short walk down the road to Cardiff Central Station.
Perfect location midway betwen Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay, with both being within walking distance. Lovely flat in a quiet neighbourhood, which was well equipped and a perfect size for 2. An extremely responsive host.
Room is big and clean with a really good view. Good location as it located in the middle of city center and the bay and close to train station. Breakfast time is starting from 7am-11am. Check out time is perfect at 11am.
The location is amazing, in the center of Cardiff city center. Close to everything: shopping, central train station, the park. The hotel was so clean with a very cute common room.
It is well located for visiting Cardiff. Short walk to city centre, castle and park. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
