It is a bit difficult to find but the instructions are good, and its isolation is what's most charming. Wood-burning stove great, everything for my comfort present.

I can’t review this as my stay was a stop over on the way to Llanberis. I can say though that the mountains were not far away on my journey and the scenery changed dramatically very soon after leaving and it was stunning.
Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! Stunning building is approached up a wide, tree lined drive with tidy gardens/outdoor seating areas. Staff welcoming and efficient. Decor beautiful and tasteful throughout.
We had a small room in the annex block . Yes, it was on the small side, as advertised. However it was fine. Spotless, cosy comfy bed, well equipped and a beautiful view from the widow.
Drinks and food prices were good and the included breakfast was delicious and obviously fresh cooked to order...the scrambled egg was perfect.
This is a lovely little hotel run by Kath and Phil and well worth a visit. Kath went the extra mile from before the stay. Really pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are lovely. We were going to a wedding nearby and my only regret is that we were unable to sample the food which looked amazing. Apart of course from the fantastic breakfast the following morning.
I would have preferred a cooked breakfast. As the address was Caersws, I thought the roads to where I needed to travel each day would have been easier. I am sure for people who wanted to go walking the scenery and the area was beautiful . and the hosts were very pleasant.
We were looked after so well by Catherine (?). Our room was most comfortable with a little fridge with fresh milk for the tea and coffee, much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, as were the two evening meals we had at the hotel. We would certainly return.
B&B means for me you don’t stay in an anonymous hotel but in the private settings of your host. In this case, it is an artist to the core within an extraordinary place where you can dive into arts all around
The hotel management were super friendly and very accommodating as we arrived just after check in time around 11.00pm.
Breakfast was really lovely.
The bed was really comfortable.
