The receptionist that booked us in was exceptional, it was a last minute booking and they managed to get us two rooms together.
The staff throughout the whole stay were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

This was an excellent apartment. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was in immaculate condition and super clean. The balcony and fridge were great additions to the property. Bed was very comfy. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Systems were down upon arrival so we could not pay via cage payment we had to write our bank details down which I did not feel comfortable with as they did not accept cash. Staff on reception was rude / we came back to the hotel after the wedding reception and a man knocked our door whilst covering the peep hole to say we are making to much noise we have had two complaints & if we have anymore we will be asked to leave. We had entered the room within 5 minutes of this.

Bromagrove holiday inn
Is expensive.
I paid less money at Bedford holiday inn for one night.comparing to it I paid £112.95 for one night
Expensive and facing problem in using my ph because of network issues.
Wi-Fi is not working.
Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever. No table available for evening meal, room was freezing cold, one small heater in bedroom was off on arrival and took ages to warm up. No heating in bathrooms whatsoever, staff fed us a load of bu#@$hit and did not deliver what they promised. Would never stay again.

The hotel is alright, rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. The price is misleading, because you'll probably will go there by car, and you'll have to pay the parking. And breakfast is highly overpriced for what it is.
They have a policy from the lockdown times to NOT TO CLEAN THE ROOMS! So they save money on cleaning staff, but if you go to Reception and you ask them to clean your room or, at least to take the rubbish from the bins, you'll be asked to put it in a bag and leave it at the door! So do not expect any extra effort on the customer service side. Is a take it or leave it. A pity that nice facilities are so badly managed!
0 only if you are having walking difficult it's a lot of walking to do around the hotel lets you have your own scooter or or wheelchair quite big great place to stay but there again I think it's on the expensive side if you have to watch your budget it's so think you have to take him mind because as you can see booking.com hotels overpriced and I think now I just making money out of people because people don't want to go away and has the hassle so if you think about it isn't fair to us
Booked in by Luke for our first stay.
His attention to details to what to expect on our stay we're 100% first class.
To booking for evening meal made a booking for our table.
Jordan was our waiter for the meal he also
Provided a 100% service for the whole time we were in the restaurant.
We were made welcome and we can definitely recommend this hotel for your 1st choice to stay if you need a hotel in this area
Evening meal & breakfast were lovely. Twin beds comfy. Room was a bit of a mish mash furniture but it was sweet. Hotel probably due a bit of a re-furbishment, but had lots of character and fixtures, fittings, historic and in keeping. I would stay again. Well priced accommodation. All staff were friendly, professional, authentic.
For a budget hotel, Ibis Bromsgrove met all our expectations. It is a no frills establishment but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and value for money it was excellent. Lots of lovely pubs, coffee shops and restaurants within close walking distance. Free On-site parking was a bonus
The hotel is stunning, the setting is gorgeous & the room was beautiful, the lady running the place was fantastically welcome & seemed to be doing everything single handedly! Breakfast was delicious! Bed was very comfortable & the shower was brilliant.
Location was excellent, Hotel Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, short walk from the local Railway Station, with a very decent Pub, a fine Indian Restaurant, and a great Breakfast takeaway facility all within two minutes walk!
Location was fine, about a mile from the centre of Bromsgrove, but a pleasant walk. Staff were all excellent, very helpful and our rooms were opposite each other as requested. Amble car parking, a good lift but not too many stairs.
the staff were extremely friendly, despite working on Xmas day. nothing was too much trouble when we checked in. hotel is dated but very functional, cheap but very cheerful.
Very quiet as we have traveled to Wales from Scotland for a family funeral and were on our way home to Perthshire and found the Hotel by chance. We will come again.
