This brand new property has beautifully designed comfortable rooms. The shower controls were particularly good and we liked the gold bathroom and light fittings. We also liked the secure entrance to the lift and bedroom area. Parking is available at the front of the hotel and it is about 1k proximity to Sherborne town centre. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
(BTW we found the hotel via booking.com. It doesn’t appear to be listed on TripAdvisor?)

nice gesture from hosts leaving fresh eggs, fruit and biscuits, didnt cook much there though as everything was dirty and greasy , i had to wash the frying pan before i could use it! not good at all, this should all be checked before your guests move in, the whole place was dirty and it smelt very musky, i get the fact that its an old place but no need for it to smell like that, i bought some ground coffee and left a few pots lying around , it made it smell a bit better, i would not recommend anyone to stay here , it needs a thorough deep clean first if they do, i certainly dont think its worth the money they charge!
